1. Returns

1.1. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.4. Please contact us to initiate the return process. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

1.5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

1.6. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

2. Exchanges

2.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined in Section 1 and then place a new order for the item you want.

3. Non-Returnable Items

3.1. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any item that has been customized or personalized according to your specifications, including monogrammed items, engraved jewelry, and custom-designed products, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Intimate Apparel and Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel such as lingerie, underwear, and swimwear are typically non-returnable. Please ensure you are certain of your size and preferences before purchasing these items.

  • Cosmetics and Beauty Products: Due to hygiene concerns, opened or used cosmetics and beauty products, including makeup, skincare, and fragrances, are generally non-returnable.

  • Final Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as "final sale" or listed in the clearance section are often non-returnable and non-refundable. Be sure to clarify this in your policy to avoid any confusion.

  • Perishable or Consumable Items: Products that have a limited shelf life, such as food items, beverages, or supplements, are typically non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.

  • Digital Products and Downloads: Once a digital product, such as an e-book, software, or downloadable content, has been purchased and accessed, it's usually non-returnable.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards and electronic gift certificates are generally non-refundable.

  • Items Without Original Packaging: Items returned without their original packaging or missing tags may not be eligible for return. Ensure that customers understand the importance of returning items in their original condition.

  • Special Order or Made-to-Order Items: Products that are specially ordered or made-to-order based on customer specifications are often non-returnable due to their unique nature.

  • Earrings and Body Jewelry: For health and safety reasons, earrings and body jewelry may be non-returnable if the packaging has been opened or tampered with.

  • Underwear and Socks: Similar to intimate apparel, underwear and socks are often non-returnable for hygiene reasons, especially if the packaging has been opened.

4. Shipping

4.1. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
